She has helped hundreds of overwhelmed parents learn how to parent calmly, consistently, and confidently. She works with families whose children face educational, behavioral, and relational challenges.

For nearly a decade, she has worked with schools, organizations, and religious communities to support and strengthen hundreds of families by sharing the secrets she has learned as a mom, teacher, and parent coach.
Sharoya is a native of New Jersey, USA. Over the past 17 years, she and her family have lived in seven countries and have recently relocated to Atlanta, Ga.
Sharoya has worked with families across five continents, demonstrating the global applicability of the evidence-based method she employs, known as Behavioral Skills Training.
