Kimberly Allen
Founder
Kimberly Allen, CPA, CISA, is the Founder and Chair of Jordan’s Room For Families, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families navigate youth mental health and substance use through education, early intervention, prevention, family connection, and community support.
Kimberly founded the organization following the loss of her son, Jordan, to fentanyl poisoning in 2020. Her advocacy is also shaped by her lived experience as a mother navigating mental health challenges with both of her children and encountering gaps across the systems families often turn to for help. Rather than allowing those experiences to end with her family, Kimberly transformed them into a mission to help other parents recognize concerns earlier, have difficult conversations sooner, understand available resources, and feel less alone.
